Mantra of the Week

Having positive mantras are important because they can validate us, remind us of what is important, and help us have positive vision of the future. They help us have more positive self-talk. My mantra for the week:  



I am beautiful mind, body, and spirit. I have the right to feel. I have the right to a voice. I have the right to be respected and loved.
