"17 Do not show partiality in judging; hear both small and great alike. Do not be afraid of anyone, for judgment belongs to God. Bring me any case too hard for you, and I will hear it.” 18 And at that time I told you everything you were to do." Deuteronomy 1:17
If you don't have hope that people can change then you also don't believe that there is hope for redemption
The reason why I had so much faith in my dreams and that I could change was because I knew God's ability to heal and restore. To love like Christ is to look at people and love them as if they've never hurt you and to know that unforgiveness hurts God more than other people
